In Tredozio, from 18th to 21st July 219, the local team of boar hunters "Val Tramazzo" organizes the Boar Festival, with music and traditional food stands!
Programma
In the middle of July, the appointment that Tredozio dedicates to the king of the woods returns: at the centre of the hill town of Tredozio, the most flavoured boar meats!
At the food stands, you can taste handmade pasta such as tortelli stuffed with potatoes, herbs, grana and bacon, ricotta and grana, but also cappelletti, tagliatelle, polenta, all served with boar ragù or butter and sage.
The main courses, cooked by the chefs of the team, are very well prepared, starting with the signature dish of the festival (the leg of the boar rolled and cut in burgers), served with a tasteful sauce, till the traditional salmì and the boar sausage, mixed with the meat of the local pig, mora romagnola.
For those who don't like boar meat, there is the traditional mixed grill (sausages, bacon, ribs and mutton), served with fries, gratin tomatoes and fried cruchy polenta. To drink, sangiovese or fresh fizzy trebbiano. Every evening there will be events, orchestras and dances.

The proceeds will go to charity.
The festival will take place also in case of bad weather.
