The new Music Season at Teatro Diego Fabbri, Teatro Il Piccolo and Fabbrica delle Candele starts in Forlì, with plenty of events for everyone!

 


Programma

The season 2020, the year when Orchestra Maderna celebrates its 22nd birthday, schedules great dates, in line with the past years and with the aim of highlighting the passion of the youths for the classic music, thanks to the art director Danilo Rossi, first viola player at Scala of Milan.


Friday 31 January
Teatro Il Piccolo
Quartet "Musica da Ripostiglio", original songs and Italian and international classic music in a touching show which will be able to involve the most diverse audience.


Friday 7 February
Teatro Diego Fabbri
M° Maxime Pascal conduces Orchestra Maderna in the performance of the pieces by Beethoven (Ouverture Leonore), Ravel (Ma mère l'oye) and Dvorak (Symphony "from the new world" n.9 op.95).
Born in 1985, Maxime Pascal is demanded to lead the orchestras inside the most famous theatres of the world, and is considered by the critics as one of the most interesting, eclectic and visionary artists o his generation.


Friday 21 February
Fabbrica delle Candele (from 2.30 pm to 7.00 pm)
Danilo Rossi is the teacher of "Una strana Masterclass". The day is arranged according to the path which features his new book "24 giorni di studio"; each chapter will be a dialogue between who teaches and who learns, in an informal way, with musicians of different ages and skill. The audience will be involved too, in a modern and open way to play music.
Following (at 8.00 pm), the recital "Una viola per Piero" by Danilo Rossi, with music for solo viola by Reger, Hindemith, Stravinskij and Bach.


Sunday 23 February

Fabbrica delle Candele
Filippo Maria Bressan leads the orchestra Orcreiamo, a project that priced Associazione Maderna as the winner of the Siae contest PerChiCrea, intended for the professional creation of a young orchestra. In the first part, the concert will be the final of the Contest "Adotta un musicista", in its 16th edition, and it was born thanks to Associazione Amici dell'Arte for the young musicians.


Thursday 27 February

Teatro Diego Fabbri
Davide Cabassi and Orchestra Maderna perform in playing a repertory of Ludwig van Beethoven: Coriolano Ouverture op.62, Piano concerto n.3 op.37, Symphony n.3 "Eroica" op.55. Defined by the press as one of the most hopeful international musicians, Enrico Fagone played for fifteen years as first bass player in the orchestra of Italian Switzerland, and with some of the greatest music istitutions, before starting his career as a conductor.


Friday 13 March
Teatro Diego Fabbri
Accademia Bizantina of Ravenna chooses Forlì to close its first edition of Humana Follia Festival with music of the 17th -18th century, which is extremely important in our territory. The Ensemble is specialized in playing the music of 17th, 18th and 19th centuries with the original instruments.


Saturday 21 March
Teatro Il Piccolo
Jazz Alley concert, from an idea by Liceo Artistico Musicale Statale of Forlì. On the stage, the special presence of the clarinet player Gabriele Mirabassi, one of the most renowned modern clarinet players, who worked with great classic and jazz musicians. After the first experiment the last year, he goes on with the young students of Liceo, in whom ForlìMusica trusts for the making of a concert.


Tuesday 7 April

Teatro Il Piccolo
The young Orchestra Orcreiamo will play for the first time three pieces made by the compositors: Leonardo Mezzalira, Antonio Gioia and Filippo Landi. The three compositors and the Orchestra, which is made up by 35 member under 22 years, are the result of the project won by the Associaton Maderna; Siae Project Perchicrea selected the 35 musicians and the three compositors, these last ones among 31 participants.
Leads M° Filippo Maria Bressan.


Tuesday 21 April
Teatro Diego Fabbri
Alessandro Bonato leads Orchestra Maderna and the violinist Francesca Dego in the play of L. Van Beethoven: Ouverture Consecration of the House in C minor op.124, the Violin Concerto in D major op.61, the Symphony n.2 op.36. Alessandro Bonato, born in Verona in 1995, has already an important experience as musician, and is one of the main emerging young artists in Italy. Francesca Dego is one of the most demanded young violinists on the international scale.


Thursday 30 April
Teatro Diego Fabbri
The new Italian Strings trio, formed by Alessandro Milani at the violin, Luca Ranieri at the viola and Pierpaolo Toso at cello, together with Orchestra Maderna will play three Mozart symphonies: Sinfonia Concertante for Violin, Viola and Orchestra in Eb minor K.634, Sinfonia Concertante for Violin, Viola, Cello and Orchestra in A major K320 and Symphony n.40 in G minor, K550.


Thursday 7 May
Teatro Il Piccolo
Serena Gamberoni (soprano) will be accompanied by the pianist Davide Cavalli. The duet will sing and play the musics of W. A. Mozart, L. van Beethoven, F. Listz, R. Leoncavallo, G. Puccini. Both the musicians have a long experience and won plenty of prices.


Monday 18 May

Teatro Il Piccolo
The clarinetist Fabrizio Meloni and the ensemble of the Percussions of Scala will demonstrate their study, talent and passion by playing the musics of Capogrosso, Montalbetti, Reich, Corea, Friedman and Stravinsky.
