Analytical text

In the middle of a field you can see the flames coming out from the earth. Marsh gas comes out from a different position compared to the natural one. In 1939 a gas channel was built starting from the natural gas source and arrived to the provincial-road where a small building in Fascist style was built.During the totalitarian regime any kind of energy source was exploited and the above mentioned gas channel was inaugurated by Mussolini himself. Since the end of the second world war the gas channel hasn't been used anymore, but the gas pipe still let the gas come out from the present position. It is located on the top of a hill belonging to Tredozio Municipality.
