Programma

 BETWEEN THE OLD FENCES

Guided tours into the Court with Olive of 17^th century, the troglodyte Caves, the Tower of Dungeons and Tortures, the Church of Santa Barbara built in 13^th century, the Palace of the Lord, where the historical-archaeological Museum of the Castle and the City is located (MuSA), with its weapons, ceramics, furniture, furnishing and ancient paintings; “L'Aquila, le Chiavi, il Giglio”, the permanent exposition of documents and archaeological discoveries which assert and tell the millennium history of the Fortress of Castrocaro and Enoteca della Strada dei Vini in the Province of Forlì-Cesena, for the promotion and the evaluation of the food products in the country.

 

 LASTING EXPOSITIONS

“Il capitanato di Castrocaro e della Romagna fiorentina nel Cinquecento” - till the 30^th of November

Documentary exposition about the role that Castrocaro played in the 16^th century, when it was the headquarter of the Justice Captain of the Florentine Romagna and also the headquarter of the Appellate Court. A century of battles, intrigues, politic fights, banditry in Castrocaro.
