Opening hours of the Airline Ticket Office

The Ticket Office is located inside the Check-in hall (on the right of the Check-in desks) and it is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays from 9,30am to 9pm, including Wensdays and Sundays from 9.30 am to 10.30pm.

Passenger services

If you need information on arrivals or departures, or on the services you can find at the Airport, please contact the information office located in  in the air terminal, on the departures side.
At the airport ticket desk it is possible to purchase tickets for Belle Air and Wizz Air flights, by paying not only by credit card but cash also (for Belle Air switch card is accepted too); additional commission is applied for any form of payment of:
- € 15 per passenger for domestic flights;
- € 20 per passenger for International flights;
- € 15 per passenger for changes to bookings*;
- €  7 per passenger for Extra Services**.
* By changes to bookings we mean: changes to name and/or date and/or destination.
** By extra services we mean: payment for Excess Luggage and services such as pets in cabin, unaccompanied minors, carriage of weapons, sport equipment and musical instruments.
The above fees are applicable to adults and children over two years old.

Forlì airport is located only 6Km away from the highway A14 junction. It is connected to Rimini, Bologna, Milano and Roma through the higways A14, A1, E45.
